As a follow-up to my post on the social responsibility of carrying concealed weapons, I found this site. I read a few of the pro-gun pages there and lastly followed the "A Liability" link, and was pleasantly surprised at the simplicity and candor of the arguments in favor of gun ownership, and in the quality of the presentation. I would highly recommend this site for people who are unsure about gun ownership and for those who are against private ownership of guns but can't articulate why.

When are you getting your CPR certificate?
Good idea on CPR, but it's hard to perform that on yourself, so IMO activities that involve self-preservation necessarily take precedence. :)
